Commercial cleaning is for business premises and domestic cleaning is for private homes. The two differ in scale, equipment, compliance and how the work is scheduled.
Commercial sites see far more foot traffic and need commercial-grade equipment. They also have to meet workplace health and safety obligations, and many are cleaned after hours or on weekends so the business isn’t disrupted. Commercial cleaning usually runs under a service agreement with a defined scope, supervisor audits and a clear process for raising issues. A domestic clean is typically a one-off or regular visit to a household.
