Our general scope covers what a workplace needs on every visit. Kitchens and breakout areas are cleaned down. Washrooms are cleaned and sanitised, with consumables like toilet paper, hand towel and soap restocked. Surfaces are dusted and wiped across desks, reception and shared areas. Bins are emptied and liners changed. Floors and tiles are vacuumed and mopped.
That is the standard for our office cleaning and general commercial cleaning work, and the same crew follows it every visit against a written checklist agreed at the walkthrough.
Some work sits outside the general scope and is quoted separately: oil and grease removal, high traffic area treatment, carpet cleaning, and window and glass cleaning. Periodic jobs such as hard floor stripping and sealing, and end of lease make goods, are also priced on their own.
If you want any of those built into the regular schedule rather than booked one off, say so at the quote stage and we will price them into the contract. Sites needing a steady daily presence can book janitorial services.
