We price per job rather than per hour, because the size and condition of your site matter more than how long a cleaner is on the clock. The process is straightforward. We walk through your premises, photograph the areas to be cleaned with your permission, and build a fixed quote from what we actually see, so the number is based on your building rather than a generic rate card.
Standard commercial cleaning starts from $180 including GST for a three hour clean. That covers our general scope: kitchen cleaning, washrooms cleaned with consumables restocked, surface dusting and wiping, bins emptied and liners changed, and floors and tiles vacuumed and mopped.
If your site needs work outside that scope, the price rises accordingly. Oil and grease removal, high traffic area treatment, carpet cleaning and window cleaning are quoted separately, and a job with those extras added typically falls between $280 and $350 including GST.
